Machine Orders Policy
Fmcrafts machine orders are non-refundable. Exchanges are only accepted if the machine is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please contact us at info@fmcraft.ca if you experience any issues with your machine.
Return Eligibility (for eligible non-machine items)
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received

Unused, unworn, with original tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return addresses vary by region — we have separate return locations in the United States and Canada.
Do not ship any items back without first contacting us for the correct return address.
If your return is approved, we will send you:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your item
Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@fmcraft.ca so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, the fastest method is:

Request a return for the item you have

Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may need additional time to complete the refund.
