Fmcraft Return & Refund Policy

Machine Orders Policy

Fmcraft machine orders are non-refundable. Exchanges are only accepted if the machine is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at info@fmcraft.ca if you experience any issues with your machine.

Return Window & Eligibility (For eligible non-machine items)

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with original tags)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping & Cost

  • Customer Responsibility: For all standard, non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

  • Return Authorization Required: Return addresses vary by region — we have separate return locations in the United States and Canada. Do not ship any items back without first contacting us at info@fmcraft.ca for authorization and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@fmcraft.ca so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (For confirmed defective or incorrect items, return shipping arrangements will be handled accordingly).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must still be returned in its original condition (unused, with tags and packaging) and include proof of purchase.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Please note: your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@fmcraft.ca.
