Fmcrafts Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Machine orders require quality checks before dispatch. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States, Canada, Australia, Europe: approximately 15–25 business days

  • Other regions: varies depending on destination and customs clearance

Express shipping is available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
We always strive to offer the most reliable and affordable shipping options available.

Customs and Import Duties
For most countries in Europe, as well as the United States, Canada, and Australia, taxes and import duties are included in the price. Customers in these regions will not need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
For other countries, duties and taxes may apply depending on your local customs regulations.

We can provide low-value customs declarations upon request to help minimize any potential import fees.

Tracking and Shipping Method Notes
For sea-shipped orders, we use a final-mile tracking number, which becomes active only after the package clears customs in the destination country.
Please note that tracking may not update during ocean transit, but rest assured your order is on the way.

We are committed to ensuring all shipments arrive within the estimated delivery time.
If your order exceeds the stated shipping timeframe, we will offer a compensation in the form of free materials for your next purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number has not updated for over 15 business days (excluding sea transit), please contact us at info@fmcraft.ca. We will assist you in locating or replacing the order as necessary.

Local Pickup
We do not offer local pickup at this time. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center.
