It took way too long to be shipped to me unfortunatly. Making the magnets is great. They turn out wonderful. Knowing how long it will take for me to order replacement materials is very frustrating though. Ordering from a Canadian website made me think I would have a fast response time. It’s not that way.

Buying from FMCraft was an excellent experience. To start, my purchase showed up well before the estimated shipping times predicted. The machines are high quality and heavy duty. Any issues I had with using the machine, was corrected by simply using a little bit of oil, as explained in the video that accompanies purchase. I've started my small business using FMCraft's 2.5inch magnet press, and I couldn't be happier!

It is a great machine and so fun to make magnets with it! I have had zero trouble getting great corners on them.
I did have a hard time finding supplies for it, but I got them coming!
I am very happy with my purchase. The magnet press is very good quality. I was so happy with everything that I purchased a round magnet press also and supplies.
I absolutely love FM Craft. Customer service is amazing. I purchased the 3x2 magnet maker, and I was having issues with the magnets not sealing properly. I contacted them and they responded very quickly. We chatted, I sent pictures and a video of me working with the maker and with the video, they quickly identified the issue. The metal piece was defective. With no hesitation, they are sending me a new set of materials and replacement materials that was wasted trying to make magnets. I thought trying to get help was going to be a hassle but, I was clearly wrong. They are making things right so I can have the proper materials to work with. Customer service is exceptional. I'm so glad that I decided to choose FM Craft to get my magnet makers and supplies. Great company to deal with. Thank you so much FM Craft!

FM Craft was very supportive. Materials were all well packaged and protected. The machines were were made and sturdy and the team provided a video tutorial. Our public school kids are super excited to make magnets.
This is definitely tricky to make sure everything is lined up perfectly, but the outcome looks amazing once you get the hang of it. Can't wait to run out and buy more!!!

dont really like the cardboard. doesnt have an accurate placement, its more guessing where to place into center. making offset when pressed.
With each "batch" of magnets I make, I get a little bit better at making them. When you send the new kits out, you should include instructions on the importance of how to maintain them. You should also include a suggestion to join a Facebook group for magnet makers. They provide invaluable information and support.
I'm still trying to figure out how to make my Epson ET-8500 make the best and sharpest prints. When I get that done and made into magnets, I will share. Other than this, Charles has been a great help with mentoring me on getting started. Well done! I've chosen wisely with purchasing from FmCraft.ca.

Great quality and excellent customer service! The photo magnet kit is amazing, great quality, and works perfectly! I contacted fm craft a few times with questions and feedback about the delivery, and their customer service was very responsive, professional, and helpful. The overall shopping experience was excellent, although the delivery was delayed due to UPS not handling the package properly. Still, I'm very happy with the machine and the support from the seller!
I absolutely love it, the outcome of the product is absolutely amazing and all customers love their magnets too. Smooth operation, and comes out perfect every time. After it taking a month to receive it was well worth the wait 😁
